Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No Show, and Returns

Life happens, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes prevent you from making it to your appointment. The policies outlined below enable us to prioritize care for all patients in need, while also respecting everyone’s time and maintaining our scheduled appointments efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

To respect our time and that of other pet owners, we request that you please inform us with enough notice so we can accommodate other patients needing care.

  • For appointments, please allow at least 24 hours notice.
  • For surgeries, please allow at least 72 hours notice.

If a cancellation occurs with less notice, we reserve the right to require a prepaid exam fee or surgical deposit to reschedule.

Late Arrival Policy

We strive to be punctual. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we’ll do our best to see your pet within the remaining time. If we can’t, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to avoid inconveniencing all subsequent appointments.

No Show Policy

A “no show” occurs if you miss an appointment without canceling.

  • After the first occurrence, a $70 exam fee must be prepaid for future appointments, which goes toward your next visit.
  • A second occurrence results in no refund of the $70 charge and incurs an additional $70 prepaid exam charge to reschedule.
  • A third occurrence within a year will result in discharge from our practice.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services.
